Web Team Update - November 2023

• Fixed totals in demographics report to reflect "females and non-females" rather than "females and males".
• Use actual distance ridden for fleche events for R5000 and R10000 awards, per clarification from ACP. Some parts of the site used to use 360 km.
• Added new OpenRunner route field to brevet routes, plus all related back office reporting and maintenance functionality. We will likely add a corresponding field and validation for events in the future.
• Allow UAF events < 200 km to be used as RUSA Rouleur qualifiers.
• Updates to permanents registration and result submission (implemented but intentionally not rolled out yet):
  • Require point-to-point direction during results submission
  • Updated time validation and display according to gravel distance
  • Additional upcoming update to display unpaved distances in summaries
• Updated awards landing page
• Working on a detailed active membership analysis using membership history data going back to 2011.
• Website work on election: candidates’ statements and photos posted, election announcements, etc.
• Man-Fai is working with Paul Lieberman to update our Drupal and supporting software in accord with recent releases.
• We are still ready to activate our features to support Unpaved Distance Credit for Perms when given the go-ahead.
