Web Team Update - February 2023

8000m 600k’s and Brevet Weeks

We have now collected 4 brevet weeks and 5 ACP 600k’s with 8000m of climbing from RBAs. RBAs are in the process of seeing if their routes have enough elevation per OpenRunner. We have earlier discussed saving elevation data with routes and via assigned routes with events.

Suggestion (Bugzilla #800) to Find When Two Members Rode Together

Referred to the Board as to whether this might have privacy concerns. Feedback from a Board member was that it would.

Google Things Management

Have created an AdminWiki page documenting how the Web Team manages Google Admin Groups, aliases, etc. (e.g., treasurer@rusa.org, permanents@rusa.org). 

Lifetime Gravel Awards

A lot of the work has been done. Awaiting an award name from the Gravel Committee.
