A motion to appoint Randy Anderson as RBA for IL:Quad Cities was approved. Based on his prior involvement with brevet organization, Randy was approved to conduct as many as two ACP 200s and 300s in 2025, and also to conduct an ACP 400 and ACP 600 with the involvement of the prior RBA.
A motion carried to approve the 2025 calendars submitted for all other regions.
A complaint about an RBA, previously investigated by Rob and Charlie, was discussed again. Dave will now be involved in resolving the matter.

Charlie requested that a deliverable from this committee would include documenting conclusions, due to the number of times that this topic has been hashed out.
- Charlie provided an overview of what exists to date for gravel distance awards, and what remains for the gravel committee to flesh out. Lifetime gravel distance awards have been in place for a long time, along with trophy case icons for each tier. There is remaining work to describe the gravel distance awards on the RUSA website, and that content should come from a proposal from the gravel committee.
- The Website Committee submitted a written report. Charlie also reported on the many activities this committee has in process.
- The next meeting was set for November 13, 2024.
- Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 Eastern time, without objection.
