Board Annual Goals - 2022

Marketing / Increasing Membership
- Explore new avenues for getting our sport and RUSA's name out there
- Develop a video highlighting our sport to use in marketing
- Work on awards for our new offerings - Audax, Gravel - and changes to existing programs, e.g. the SR600
- Working with a vendor, establish a national relationship for RUSA & Region/Event jerseys/kits

Financial
- Increase advertising revenue in American Randonneur & Digital
- Develop an ongoing revenue strategy for membership, event and perm fees, including short term memberships

RBAs & Regions
- Continue Onboarding and Communication initiatives using Zoom
- Continue PBP prep zoom sessions
- Develop a support program for Region incorporation and financial organization 

Web
- Refine and manage the 2022 Development Plan
- Investigate areas that will reduce manual admin overhead
- Historical membership reporting

Communication
- Continued refinement of Between Controls
- Improve and coordinate Social Media publication
- Implement a RUSA Google Group

Internal
- Onboard a new American Randonneur editor
- Document Board & Committee Organization
- Continue Documentation to support committee turnover
- Refine and expand Mission/Vision/Values/Responsibilities
