Super Randonneur

In 1952, the Audax Club Parisien created an honorific recognizing randonneurs who had completed ACP 200k, 300k, 400k and 600k brevets within a single calendar year (January 1 - December 31). This honorific is called the Super Randonneur Award. RUSA members may request a medal commemorating this accomplishment by submitting an application. The medal design changes after every PBP year. SR medals are not available for prior years.

Events may be ridden out of distance order (e.g., 300km, 200km, 400km, 600km). However, longer brevets may not be substituted for shorter ones.

It is possible to earn multiple SR medals in the same year by doing more than one ACP brevet of each required distance. One or more SR-qualifying brevets may be ridden outside the US.

SR awardees are recognized automatically in their member results if all their qualifying brevets were RUSA events. To purchase the SR medal, or to be recognized when some of the qualifying rides are foreign events, riders need to apply for the award.
