Gravel Perm Support

• Will implement any remaining features when Board has a final decision on what they want (in particular, reporting actual unpaved distance ridden when submitting results).
• Show time limit including gravel when registering.
• When Board gives the word, we will activate unpaved distance features for Perms, and incorporate Jake’s Gravel Perms Guideline doc into the website.

Authentication and Account Recovery Workflow

Studying which user functions should require authentication (user logged into their Drupal account), including member address change and password issues.

Perm Route Contributor Volunteer Data

We have asked the Permanents Committee whether they still need access to volunteer contact info for perm route contributors (formerly route owners), as previously available via Search for Officials and Volunteers. For now, Search for Officials no longer displays Perm Route Contributors in the results listing, and the filter for Perm Route Contributors has been removed.

Voting Secrecy in Future Board Elections

Some discussion of possible requirements for voter anonymity and automation for future Board elections. Definitive requirements would come from the Board.
