Board Annual Goals - 2021

Membership
- review membership fees and structure to increase value and reduce turnover 
- investigate ride offerings such as gravel and audax formats to widen interest and participation 
- improve membership communication through use of social media 
- widen use of volunteers to increase the sense of community in RUSA 
- increase promotional activities with RUSA logo goods and advertising
- make use of opportunities to increase membership diversity 

Working with RBAs

- increasing two-way communication 
- encouraging wide participation in discussion groups 
- providing additional tools and guidance for local club growth 
- notifying RBAs when new members join RUSA in their region 
- helping RBAs and their regions be more successful 
- review and refine onboarding and training 

Financial Management

- increase advertising in American Randonneur and the RUSA website 
- increase commission revenue using outside vendors for RUSA logo goods 

Policies

Review, update and add to RUSA club policies as appropriate
