  1. The board approved retroactively adding two populaire events to the calendar that had been accidentally omitted by the RBAs.

  2. The board approved Bruce Herbitter to be the new RBA for Alabama.

  3. All of the board's emails were archived up to a year ago, but switching to a Google list stopped the archiving. The board decided to switch the board's emails to a Google Group so that all future messages will be archived.

  4. The $18K deficit at the end of December was reduced to $7K. Cash balance was up to $62K. The RUSA store inventory was reduced from $60K in March to $36K.

  5. Much of the RUSA store inventory will be transferred from Jennifer Wise to other volunteers after many years of outstanding service by Jennifer.

  6. Features will be added to the web site to make it easier for people to donate money to RUSA.

  7. The board approved changes to the rules for the K-Hound, Ultra Randonneur, and R-12 awards that essentially require that at least 50% of the rides be done in the US and that the person be a RUSA member during the period in which the awards are earned.
