  1. Approval of Minutes for February Meeting

    Unanimously approved.

  2. Confirm Email votes

    Retroactively approve Oregon Randonneurs populaire.

  3. Reflectivity Discussion

    The board is tending toward recommending some minimum square inches of reflective material or EN 1150 approved vests or other garment. It was proposed that the board encourage good practice, and leaving the current rules as is, rather than adopting a standard, with its accompanying need for enforcement.

    A best practices document will be created, and it will be added to the RUSA web site.

  4. R-80 Award Proposal

    The board discussed that the R-80 would be a fundamental change to the RUSA Awards, and that it has not picked up much momentum despite the many avenues for awareness and publicity. A motion was made to decline to make R-80 part of RUSA awards, and it passed unanimously.
