- Online Membership Renewal System.
Don Hamilton and Mr. Kuehn had no specific updates for the Board at this time regarding continued efforts toward development of an online membership renewal system.
- PBP Communications and Planning.
Lois Springsteen expressed appreciation to Mark Thomas for his diligence in communicating with RUSA's membership regarding PBP registration procedures.
Mark and Jennifer Wise also discussed the possibility of preparing bicycle "nameplates," both for distribution to PBP participants and for sale to the general membership in the RUSA online store.
Mike Dayton reported continued good progress on preparation of RUSA's dedicated PBP publication.
Additionally, Lois noted the development of the RUSA wiki site devoted to PBP-related information.
- Committee and Director Reports.
Rules Committee Chair John Lee Ellis noted that aspects of RUSA's Fleche rules recently were clarified, primarily as to the requirements for a team finish in order for all members of the team to receive credit for an event.
