MINUTES OF A MEETING
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
RANDONNEURS USA, INC.
Held December 3, 2018
A meeting of the RUSA Board of Directors was convened by telephone conference to discuss insurance logistics was called to order by the president at 1709 PST.
The following Directors were in attendance:
• Debra Banks
• John Lee Ellis
• John Capn Ende
• Jake Kassen
• Nigel Greene
• Lois Springsteen
• Dave Thompson
The board met to discuss the idea of requiring RUSA membership for participation in RUSA events.
The President reported that he and the Membership Chair had reviewed our latest insurance application to Vantapro and that it had been signed and submitted with a requested start date of December 3rd.
A brainstorming session was held on the pros and cons of requiring membership to participate in our events. Logistical and financial elements of this idea were discussed at length with the idea of making a decision soon.
The meeting was adjourned at 1859 PST.
