| all digits | ACP-sanctioned brevets. Sequential numbers for each distance (200, 300, 400, 600, 1000km) are assigned, beginning with 1 for each set. Therefore, a particular certificate number does not uniquely identify a brevet distance. However, in practice, the numbers currently being assigned to each brevet distance are different enough to distinguish them. As of the beginning of 2010, ACP has assigned numbers to approximately 290,000 200km brevets, 105,000 300km brevets, 70,000 400km brevets, and 53,000 600km brevets. The number of 1000km brevets recorded is just over 6000 -- a surprisingly small figure. |
| USddd | A certificate for an RM-sanctioned randonnée of 1200km of more run by a US club. 'ddd' represents a unique sequential number that continues from year to year. |

For ACP brevets during the peak Spring season, results might be 'pending' for several weeks to a month. Delays will be longer at off-peak times. ACP Flèches are generally not processed until mid-Summer or after Paris-Brest-Paris, in those years. RM events might not be processed for several months after submission. |
