EXTERNAL:

  • BOD meetings: 2nd Wednesday of each month
  • Web team meetings: Every Monday evening
  • Following year calendar announced: October regular Between Controls, typically the 2nd Thursday of October
  • Nominations for BOD and RBA-L: October 1-20th

INTERNAL:

  • Between Controls Go-live: monthly, the day after each BOD meeting, typically the 2nd Thursday of every month, except additional Special Editions for:
    • Call for Nominations on October 1st
    • Election on November 1st
  • Regional Brevet Administrator calendar submissions to RUSA HQ: September 30th
  • Brevet Coordinator submission to ACP, LRM, UAF and Flèche: October 15th
  • Treasurer
    • May 1 - Rhode Island annual report
    • May 15 - IRS 990 tax return
    • Prior to each board mtg - financial reports for prior month to board and FAC
    • 20th of April, July, Oct, Jan - FL sales and use tax
    • Jan 31 - California sales and use tax
    • Mar 15 - California FTB report
  • Insurance Reporting
    • 10th of each month except Nov - rider days for prior month to McKay
    • Oct 25 - rider days Oct 1-14 to McKay
    • Nov 10 - rider days Oct 15-31 to McKay
    • Director &Officer insurance - October 5th
    • Insurance renewal: October 15th
  • Review AR listings as well as external/internal calendar on website: January and July
  • Review store: January 1st and March 31st
  • Awards:
    • End of March: SR medals for the prior year
    • American Randonneur Challenge awarded ~1 week after the final US LRM results submitted
    • Can-Am awarded ~1 week after the final US and Canada LRM results submitted
  • Election: Election Buddy tool utilized; November 1st
